The will sort the concordances on the words in a specified position to the left or to the right of each match.
You can access this by selecting the 'Adjacent Words' option in the 'Sort' group in the 'Select a task..' drop down menu on the results screen. Some options to determine the position to sort on will be displayed below the 'Select a task...' menu.
The options are:
Using the first two drop down menus you can select the position you wish to sort on. Firstly choose between left or right then the number of words away from each match (1-30).
The third drop down menu allows you to choose the direction the concordances will be sorted in. Either alphabetical or reverse alphabetical.
Checking this option will group together results that differ only by case. This is unchecked by default (case sensitive). If unchecked capital letters will be sorted ahead of lowercase letters.
The sorted concordances will start to appear on the results screen when they are ready. The sort will continue in the background until finished. The percent completed will be displayed at the top of the screen.
